I don't know what to do with this girl x3; She's really difficult to pose(->), photograph and she's just too damn beautifull for me and for her own good!
(She's in her human form, I can't use the hooves untill I get the right leg.)

I tried the 12mm dolpa eyes on her just out of curiosity, and was suprised how well they fit.
I already made her face up once, but I had to add some to it because it was just too off. Too pretty.
I'm not used to these narrow faced models sculpts, I need my dolls with some character!
But I'm sure we'll get a long. We just need some time and new face up~ But that'll have to wait a month because I dont have rubbing alcohol enough here.
The antlers and hooves will surely help too.

(I don't really do stories, and I know I really suck with them but I wanted to try so please bear with me ;u; I was actually going to do an arrival story with the Pukifeés but because of the Bonnie mistake it wouldn't have made any sence... So D gets it x3)

But all in all, I'm really pleased with my order from Soom. I bought her knowing there'd by approx. half a year wait, they actually shipped her earlier than I expected/was told. They answered my messages pretty quickly, and I'm sure they'll fix the left leg issue with no problem.
I'm soooo happy I bought Amber ;u; Doesn't quite beat Oumi-happiness but close~

First Bonnie from Fairyland and now Amber with two left legs from Soom... If Pivot arrives with a problem I'm going to laugh x3

I had a shipping notice yesterday! I just didn't realise because I didn't check my junkmail folder untill today oAo And they told me she'd ship in August.

That means I got a doll yesterday and two are on their way here right now, both shipped yesterday. Amber seems to be ahead according the tracking. Now I'm only waiting for the Volks doll during this trip. (I feel like such a pig ^^;)

I guess I could drop this here as well, I made a mock up of Dagmar on one of the pictures found from Flickr of Amber. It's really super quickly made and crappy but you get the idea~

I have this idea of her being able to control the growth of the antlers herself, discarding some of them now and then and growing new ones but I haven't yet figured out what to base it on... unless I just let her do it by will. But then, where's the fun :P Have to think about this...
All in all I guess her colortheme is going to be white-silver-grey.

And if anyone on my f-list happens to make this kind of spots on their dolls cheeks... I'll know where you got it from. I'm sorry for saying this and sounding paranoid or mean, but there's so much copying going on these days and Dagmar is one design I don't want to be copied ;_; Thank you~

They must be getting hell of a lot emails these days. I sent them a message asking if they'd check can my Amber order be added to my account(I registered after I sent the order) so I could follow the status and see when I paid.
So they answered me with a happy note of supposed shipping date and with dates of my two payments and 'don't worry'. And I don't know if they actually did what I asked but I'll check it later... It doesn't matter that much anyway I guess x3

Hum. I'm home again, enjoying some time with mom. Perfect time to babble here, no? x3

Ah, why of all times people are making so much interesting grouporders and selling cute stuff ;_; I can't hop on anything because I need keep the up coming Tokyo trip in my mind. I'd like to go with mom to check the local fleamarkets but alas, can't go because I might actually find something to buy. I just keep chanting 'think about dolpa, think about dolpa..' x3.

I should pay the rest of my amber in couple of days... She'll be delivered to me to tokyo, and I'll be sending her to Finland in pieces with my other stuff, hopefully customs free. Poor girl~

Because of her I decided to pass on the f-03 for now, too ;_; If I want to do/get anything else there I can't really afford her now. Maybe next time I go there xD Instead I'll get a proper carrybag and a pretty Volks sofa <3 Then the only doll left on my WANT!-list is Zero. And I'm patiently waiting for the preorder on her~ (Yes I'm convinced there will be one because all reason and patterns are for it. If not, I'll hunt her down after two years no matter what.)
If I'd win in the lottery I'd also buy a few other dolls but I haven't so alas that's the end of my list for now. (Hmm, such as the f-03, mnf marcia/woosoo, muse-boy for claire and maybe a narae...a girl can dream can't she~)

I've been crying over my sewingmachine but I decided to take the airbrush with me. The school is sure to have a compressor, so I can paintpaint my amber while I'm there x3 I can't decide on her name... Dagmar or Mirai... I'll be using both names though, I just haven't decided witch is amber and wich is lina.
(btw I had this crazy idea to blush my amber lightblue with white-bambidots on her butt and between the wing-boneswhatever(lapaluut). That or then red/brown in Eden style~)
Elke is also coming with me.
